Which events and which tickets are available?
There are a total of seven events during 16 Carat Gold. Here is an overview for you: Overview
There are individual tickets for each event. For Friday to Sunday, there are also Festival Passes and Tournament Passes, which give you access to all or several events. Tickets are available via Eventim.
How do Festival Passes work?
Festival Passes give you access to all events from Friday to Sunday. You show your ticket and exchange it for a festival wristband. With this wristband, you can enter every event without further ticket checks. Please also read the section “How do I get my wristband?”
How do Tournament Passes work?
Tournament Passes give you access to the evening shows (Night 1–3) from Friday to Sunday. You show your ticket at the entrance and exchange it for a tournament wristband. With this wristband, you can enter every event without further ticket checks. Please also read the section “How do I get my wristband?”
What is included in the VIP Passes?
For the evening events, you have a seat on the VIP balcony (opposite the main entrance). During the three evening events (Night 1–3), all drinks at the VIP bar are included. Usually the Turbinenhalle offers soft drinks and beer. For the matinee events, we reserve seats for VIPs in rows 2 and 3 marked “VIP”.
You will receive a special VIP festival wristband, which allows access to the VIP bar and VIP balcony. Please also read the section “How do I get my wristband?”
How do I get my wristband?
Wristbands are required for Festival Passes and Tournament Passes and save you up to six ticket checks. You can get your wristband at three places:
(1) At Inner Circle. Behind the entrance there is a dedicated area where you can already pick up your wristband on Thursday and avoid many queues.
(2) On Friday from 17:30 on the parking lot of the Turbinenhalle.
(3) At the box office.
We ask you to pick up your wristband as early as possible. If 700 fans collect their wristbands at the box office, long waiting times are inevitable. You can make the weekend much easier for yourself and others by picking it up at Inner Circle or at the outdoor stand.
My wristband is broken. What should I do?
It happens. Please come to the entrance of the next event with your ticket and the broken wristband. An exchange during an ongoing event is not possible.
I do not want a wristband. Is that possible?
No. Out of consideration for the waiting times of other fans. Every ticket (including Festival and Tournament Passes) can only be scanned once. After that, the wristband functions as your ticket.
Which standing areas are available?
There are two large standing areas in the hall. They are located in front of the stage and opposite the stage, each behind the seating sections. The standing balcony is available only for holders of the “Tournament Pass Standing Balcony” with the corresponding wristband.
Where and how does Inner Circle take place?
Inner Circle takes place at Turock. It is located at Viehofer Platz in Essen with a subway station directly in front of the venue. It is about a ten-minute walk from Essen main station through the pedestrian zone.
Can I still get tickets?
Tickets for all events are available via Eventim while stock lasts. Inner Circle is sold out. Festival and Tournament Passes are sold out in all seating categories. All ticket contingents already available are in presale; no additional batches can be released.
We recommend securing your tickets early so that your preferred seats or events do not sell out.
Tickets are available via Eventim until two hours before the event. We also offer a box office for last-minute purchases, as long as tickets are left. Please note: box office is cash only.
Can I give my ticket to someone else?
Yes. Tickets are not personalized and may be passed on. However, because all Festival and Tournament Passes are exchanged for wristbands, it is not possible to share a pass and attend events alternately.
What do I do if I lose my ticket before Carat?
Ticketing is handled exclusively by CTS Eventim. Please contact the Eventim hotline. We cannot assist with lost tickets.
Can fans remain inside the venue between events?
No. We run technical rehearsals (including music and videos) and rebuild parts of the hall between events; staying inside is not possible. With your wristband, you can re-enter immediately when the doors open.
After each matinee event, the hall will be cleared so preparations for the next event can begin. The wrestlers from the matinee will be available in the merch area again for the next event.
Is there an event calendar online?
Yes. All dates and announcements are always up to date at http://events.wXw-wrestling.com
How do the Meet & Greets work?
Due to high demand, there will be special Meet & Greets for Minoru Suzuki and Los Tranquilos de Japon. Tickets are available via Eventim Light.
Meet & Greets take place after 16 Carat Gold 2026 Night 2 and Night 3 in the merch area. There is also a bundle that includes Meet & Greets with Suzuki, LTJ, and the signed 16 Carat Gold poster.
Meet & Greets can only be used with a valid ticket for Night 2 or Night 3 (single ticket, Festival Pass, Tournament Pass). No refund is possible if a Meet & Greet ticket is purchased without an event ticket.
I cannot attend live – when can I watch 16 Carat Gold?
16 Carat Gold will be streamed live in German and English on wXwNOW. wXwNOW is the YouTube channel membership and is available at http://join.wXwNOW.de
